Shilpa Shetty Pregnancy 2012 – Bollywood Pregnant Celebrity Tips
Bollywood Pregnant Actress Shilpa Shetty is currently managing her prenatal care so she emerges her svelte self again Basking in the last month of pregnancy, she is as concerned about a painless delivery as she is about retaining her fitness after childbirth.
As per Latest Shilpa Shetty Interviews, she said that,
"Gym is a strict no-no because it exhausts you. There are some days when just getting out of bed, battling morning sickness or nausea, can be a challenge. Workouts therefore may seem out of the question. In pregnancy, you want to be pampered. That's where the massages and Lamaze come in."
"Lamaze's goal is to boost a mother's confidence in her ability to give birth. It helps her understand how to cope with pain in ways that facilitate labor and promote comfort, including focused breathing, movement and massage. There are also deep breathing techniques that relax your body. Staying calm helps you focus on the task at hand and may help you deliver without the need for pain medication."
Some Lamaze techniques Shilpa follows are cleansing breath and slow breath.
Cleansing breath involves deep, slow inhalation through the nose and a slow exhalation through the mouth. For slow breath, inhale to a count of four or five. Now, exhale to the same count.
Relax your jaw and your shoulders. Continue this for 90 seconds, then end with another cleansing breath.
"Doctors advise you against massages until the fifth month as applying pressure on the wrong points could induce uterine contractions. I recommend the 50-minute-long prenatal massage, administered by a trained therapist and advised from the fifth to the ninth month. Pregnancy massages have been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in arms and legs and relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints. When choices for pain relief, such as medication, are often limited, back massages alleviate pain and reduce anxiety and depression as well."
"Not only are they likely to minimize pain and guarantee a smooth delivery, they also ensure that there is no water retention in your body. It's a known fact that water retention is the main reason most women do not lose weight after childbirth."
"If you have a normal delivery, you can start having them in the first or second week. Massaging your body with olive oil softens and conditions the skin and the underlying connective tissue, thereby helping condition the skin against the formation of new stretch marks and reducing the current ones. Regular use will not only nourish and condition your skin, it will also provide relaxation and emotional well-being due to its soothing aroma."
"Don't force feed yourself. Try and keep your food fresh and eat at home. I avoid eating out. If I do, I indulge only in grilled food. I pity my sweet tooth for depriving it of chocolates, ice-creams and cakes ever since I entered the seventh month of pregnancy. You can have sweets in moderation. Don't overdo it as most mothers do and end up with gestational diabetes.
"If you like stepping out to indulge yourself, watch your salt intake and ensure the food has no Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). The only things I would advise against are aerated drinks and junk food. Have nuts, milkshakes and yogurts as they will enhance your foetus' growth. Most importantly, you must have calcium, folic acid and iron tablets. I wouldn't miss a single dose for anything in the world."

Lara Dutta Pregnancy 2012 – does not want to return to films soon
(1) In January, 34 years old Bollywood Actress Lara Dutta gave birth to a baby girl and that’s why she won't be back to work for another couple of months.
As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, she said that, "I don't think I have been far from my work, I will slowly take it into my stride. I am looking at films and scripts and it's all underway. But I am not going to be back onto a set at least for next couple of months because I want to make sure my baby is secure."
(2) Former Miss Universe and Actress, Actress and TV presenter Mandira Bedi, Super Model Sheetal Mallar and VJ turned actor Ranvijay of Roadies fame were present along with Managing Director of NIVEA, Rakshit Hargave. Allthe celebs were in an interactive mood and excitedly shared their sun moments with NIVEA Sun at the launch.
It was her first public appearance after becoming a mother.

Of course, I am, and the movie has won quite a few awards at various film festivals. It's an Indo-Chinese film produced by my mother, starring me, and I am very proud of it.

Bollywood Awards 2012 – This time Madhuri Dixit
Madhuri Dixit and eminent Kannada novelist S L Bhyrappa will receive Deenanath Mangeshkar Award 2012 at 24th April 2012.
The awards have been instituted by Mangeshkar family in the memory of Lata Mangeshkar's father, singer-actor Deenanath Mangeshkar.
She will be given 'Master Deenanath Vishesh' award for her contribution to Indian cinema.
Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray would be the Chief Guest and will be given to Kumar Bose for contribution to music, Vasantrao Deshpande Pratishthan will get 'Mohan Wagh award' for contribution to musical plays, Dr Prasad Deodhar will get 'Anandmayee award' in the area of social service, while veteran actor Vikram Gokhale will get 'Master Deenanath Vishesh award' for his contribution to Marathi cinema and theatre.

Deepika Padukone Ranbir Kapoor Together - Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani

Some scenes of the Bollywood Upcoming Movies 2012 were shot along the bank of river Beas near 16 Mile village of Kullu.
He proposes to her in one of the scenes and she accepts his proposal, following which he expresses his happiness by throwing a stone into the river.
(2) Bollywood Actress Deepika Padukone apparently being paid an astronomical price of Rs5 crore for renewing a contract of the product that she has been endorsing for the past four years now.
Her advertising campaign had increased sales by 15 per cent giving the company and the brand an edge in the category. This is what prompted us to sign her for the next year at a hiked price.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was recently honored with The Iconic Woman of Worth Award at the L'Oreal Paris Femina Awards 2012. She was presented this award by Nathalie Gerschtein, Director, L'Oreal Paris.

Bollywood Awards 2012 - 14th London Asian Film Festival Awards at BAFTA
Just before few days ago, The 14th London Asian Film Festival came to a close with the final awards ceremony.
This Bollywood Events 2012 was held at the prestigious BAFTA building and co-hosted by Preeya Kalidas.
As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, Shilpa Shetty Mother Sunanda Shetty said that,"I'm very happy that our film has multiple nominations. I have won quite a few awards in other festivals as well and The London Asian Film Festival asked me to send in the film. I think they loved it."
Best Film: Bol – Its art piece from my country so it feels great to represent my cinema and my country. It's a very meaningful film. There's no 'hulla gulla' and it features the real experiences of women. It's an important film because the subject is so powerful and it's been nominated in so many different countries for so many awards.

Bipasha Basu Weight Loss Diet Fitness DVDs – second will launch in May 2012
After First Best Fitness DVD in 2010, Actress Bipasha Basu is all set to begin shooting for the second installment in near future.
Fitness Conscious Bollywood Actress has been engrossed with her film projects due to which the second DVD had to wait to come out.
I think second version of this DVD will also include Bipasha Basu Beauty Secrets.
She is also looking forward to the release of Jodi Breakers opposite R Madhavan and currently shooting for Raaz 3.
Bipasha Basu Interviews - "We were to do it last October, but I’ve just been so busy with my movies that I have taken just two days off this year - on New Year and my birthday (January 7). But post Raaz 3, I will definitely take some time off in April to shoot the video for my second fitness DVD. We’ll release it in May.”
