Latest Amitabh Bachchan News 2010:-

(1) Dressed in white Pathani kurta-pijama, Legendary Film Super Star Amitabh Bachchan reached world’s last abode of Asiatic lions, at Gir Sanctuary in Gujarat today morning through chartered plane till Diu and road journey then after.

Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan reached Sasan Gir sanctuary at around 10:30 am at 1st June - 2010 and welcomed here. He directly went to Sinh Sadan cottage for rest.

As per Amitabh Bachchan Twitter Page Updation, he said that,

“a typical Gujju lunch was terrific….Vegetation a lot greener here, a departure from the arid Kutch, but in the forest will be dry again….A whole hoard of personnel came over to set up the internet … finally got it working … phew !! Relief!! Now to connect to you...”

Amitabh Bachchan went into the forest in the evening and came back an elated man after sighting a pride of eight lions — five cubs and three lionesses.

“Back from the jungle and... YES!! Saw them!! Three of them sitting under a dry tree .. Beautiful.”

The civic body of Mandvi deviated from their usual job in order to do something magnificent to promote tourism in this beach town in Kutch District. They created sand sculptures with the help of artist Anil Kumar Joshi. Big B praised this effort generously and said that the sculptures are unique. (2) As per Latest Bollywood News, Bollywood Bold Actor Salman Khan's team won the celebrity Indo-Pak cricket match held in Dubai on 27th May – 2010 Thursday. The 15-over match was part of Khan's initiative to raise awareness about his Being Human Foundation in the desert emirate.

Pakistani cricketers at the match included Shoaib Akhtar and Shoaib Malik, and singer Atif Aslam. The Pak team scored 120 and Khan's team reached the target with one ball to spare.
