Aamir Khan Kiran Rao Baby Boy - through IVF surrogacy

(1) At 1st December, Aamir Khan and his director producer wife Kiran Rao welcome their first born son.

The couple, in an openness that is rare in the Indian society, announced that their son was born through surrogacy using the IVF (in-vitro fertilization) technique.

As per Latest Aamir Khan Interviews, he said that, "This baby is especially dear to us because he was born to us after a long wait and some difficulty. We were advised to have a baby through IVF-surrogacy, and we feel very grateful to the Almighty that all has gone well".

They underwent treatment with Dr Firuza Parikh, who heads Jaslok Hospital's IVF department in Bombay.

This famous Bollywood couple married in December 2005. Aamir (46) has two other children from his first wife, Reena Dutta.

(2) Recently Aamir Khan appointed as the national brand ambassador for UNICEF to promote child nutrition was recently asked how he could promote nutrition since he had once endorsed a soft drink brand that causes malnutrition among children.

As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, he said that, “I don’t have a tainted past. I haven’t done any work till date that would hurt anyone… at least not deliberately. But, if anyone still got hurt then I’d just say sorry to them from the bottom of my heart.”

“I did Taare Zameen Par because these things (issues) touch me emotionally. It took me two years for this one and that wasn’t just for the sake of it. These things are not a burden on me. It is a responsibility and I want to reach out to more people.”

Aamir Khan Latest News – In Paris to meet and interact with Fans

Latest Aamir Khan News:-

(1) Recently Aamir Khan, who was holidaying with his family in France, took out some time to meet up with his fans in Paris. Through his blog, Aamir Khan had invited his fans to meet up with him in Paris on the 2nd of May.

As per Latest Bollywood Actor Aamir Khan Interviews 2010, he said that, “I am going to be in Paris on the 2nd of May and would very much like to meet up with those of you who are interested. Will restrict the group to 5. Each one of you can bring one more person with you.”

(2) Bollywood Child actor Darsheel Safary, who teamed up with Aamir Khan in 'Taare Zameen Par', is no exception. Darsheel says he wants to work with his mentor again.

As per Latest Darsheel Safary Interview, he said that, "I'm really looking forward to working with Aamir Khan again. I have been appreciated for my work so much and that is all because of Aamir sir," said Darsheel, who won awards for his role as a dyslexic student in 'Taare Zameen Par. I and my family have been in constant touch with him (Aamir). Moreover, before starting my shooting for 'Bumm Bumm Bole' I took blessings from him, after all he is my guru’

Darsheel will be seen next in 'Bumm Bumm Bole'. Directed by Priyadarshan, the movie is a remake of the Iranian film 'Children of Heaven'.

(3) The Dadasaheb Phalke Awards were presented on 30th April - Friday, marking the 141st birth anniversary of Late Dadasabeh Phalke. Fifty nine awards across various categories were presented. Dev Anand was awarded the Phalke Ratna Award, while Pran received the Phalke Icon and Legendary Cine Versatile Cine Star Award. Aamir Khan received the Phalke Memorial Performance Award for his performance in 3 Idiots. Singer Lata Mangeshkar received the Phalke Golden Era Singer Award.

(4) Aamir Khan was appointed sanitation brand ambassador to promote cleanliness in CBSE schools on Tuesday. We are happy to have Aamir as our brand ambassador. We hope he will help this scheme become a success,” said HRD minister Kapil Sibal, after launching the National School Sanitation Initiative at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi. After the programme was over, hundreds of students mobbed the actor while asking for his autograph. Well, we just hope everyone had washed their hands!
