Aamir Khan Rolls Royce - newly imported metallic silver car
(1) Before few days ago, Aamir Khan registered his newly imported metallic silver the most expensive cars in the world, ‘Rolls Royce Ghost’ in the Satara Regional Transport Office.
He has paid Rs. 47 Lakhs as tax to the RTO authorities.
He was required top pay a further Rs. 3 Lakhs for the special number 1 that he had requested for.
Since the number was not available in the four wheeler series, it had to be allotted from the two wheeler series.
So finally the number is ‘MH 11 AX 1’.
(2) He and his filmmaker wife Kiran Rao are on a much-required break and vacationing abroad.
This Famous Bollywood Couple expected to return by the first of August, after which will both plunge into their respective projects.
“Both had been working endlessly first on Dhobi Ghaat, then Imran’s (nephew Imran Khan) wedding and then with Delhi Belly. Besides this he was also shooting for Reema Kagti Upcoming Movies 2011,” reveals an insider adding that though the two were working together too, they hardly had time for each other.
(3) As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, Director Anurag Kashyap said about Aamir Khan that, "I am going ahead with Bombay Velvet without Aamir. He is a very busy man and I have waited long enough. I don't even know if he wants to do the film. There is every chance that the audience would see the queen's necklace with an absolutely clear skyline, minus all the skyscrapers."
