(1) Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan will co-star in director Rituparno Ghosh's Kabuliwallah which is one of the most widely known short stories by nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore; an endearing tale of friendship between a trader from Afghanistan who sells goods door to door in India, and a small Indian girl named Mini.
As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, Hot Vidya Balan said that, "Kabuliwallah is my favorite Tagore story, I've always wondered what happened to Mini after she got married and really went to her sasur badi; and the Kabuliwallah after he returned home to his daughter in Kabul."
(2) He is proud that India took the second position at the Commonwealth Games by winning a total of 101 medals.
